Please join us in welcoming our newest member of the AWC Frac Technology team, Guillermo Pando, who joins us as a District Manager at our Odessa, TX facility.
Guillermo brings over 16 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with a strong background in completion services. In his most recent role, he served as a Plant Manager at a major service company in the Odessa, Texas area.
Previously, he has had multiple roles at industry-leading companies including National Oilwell Varco, Weatherford, Pioneer Natural Resources, and Endeavour Natural Resources.
Guillermo has a high sense of safety, responsibility, commitment, and leadership coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills that have maximized the good will and growth of organizations.
We are very excited for this addition to our team and couldn’t be happier to have him aboard!
